Key Techniques for Rapid Jacking and Laying of Pipelines: A Case Study on ‘Jingshihan’ Gas Pipelines in China

چکیده

With the rapid growth of oil and gas storage, transportation, pipeline industries, it is necessary to improve construction process pipelines. By combining technical advantages horizontal directional drilling pipe jacking construction, direct laying method suitable for crossing in different strata gas, water conservancy hydropower, municipal industries due its less land, high speed, reversibility. Using pipelines Nanjuma River ‘Jingshihan’ double line project as a case study, this paper investigates application status method, summarizes project, introduces working well, equipment selection, guiding control technology, supporting installation, drag reduction measures, well analyzes influencing factors thrust force trajectory deviation combined with formation information.
